Felicia Borin was born in 2008 and at the age of 5 she started studying violin with Anna Paraskiv. In 2018 she entered the “Conservatorio ‘G. Verdi’ of Turin as “Precocious Talent” in the class of M° Piergiorgio Rosso and, at the same time, she started to attend the “Accademia di Alto Perfezionamento” of Pinerolo. In her instrumental preparation she was also helped by the violinist Ida Vita, while currently she is helped by Marta Tortia.
Since the first years she participated in many national and international competitions always ranking at the top places, including: Concorso “Giovani Interpreti” di Torino 2014 (1° place) e 2015 (2° place), Concorso “Don Giovanni Conta” Spineto di Castellamonte 2015 (1° absolute place), Concorso di esecuzione Musicale di Agliè 2016 (1° place), Concorso Strumentale Nazionale MusicArte di Ozegna 2016 (1° place), Concorso di Omegna 2016 (1° place), Concorso Internazionale “Musica in Langa” 2017 Castiglione Falletto (1° place), Concorso Internazionale “Talenti in Canavese” Agliè 2017 (2° place), European Competition Città di Moncalieri 2017 (2° place), Concorso Nazionale MusicArte di Ozegna 2020 (2° place), Concorso Nazionale MusicArte di Ozegna 2021 (1° place).
She has been attending the summer courses of chamber music organized by Xenia Ensemble. Furthermore, she took part in some charity concerts in favour of A. I. L. with the Juvenilia Orchestra. In 2018 she participated as soloist in the Turin Festival “Mozart Nacht und Tag”. She also sang in the Children’s Chorus of the Teatro Regio in Turin and studied Ballet since the age of 4 at the school “Sheherazade” of Turin.
