Graduated with honors from the “Nino Rota” Conservatory of Monopoli under the guidance of Roberto De Leonardis, Antonia De Pasquale attends the second level academic biennium with Stefania Santangelo at the same Conservatory. She attends Advanced Piano courses at the Accademia di Musica di Pinerolo with the Masters Filippo Gamba and Mariangela Vacatello. She expanded her artistic training with the Masters Pierluigi Camicia, Oscar Martin, Ralf Nattkemper.
She won the First Prize and Absolute First Prize in over 30 national and international Piano Competitions, in 2021 she was a finalist in the XVth Edition of the “Premio Nazionale delle Arti”.
She has been selected and invited by the jury of the “VCMA International Classical Music Autumn 2022 Competition”, she performed at the Wiener Konzerthaus and won the Second Prize.
In 2022 she was the absolute winner of the “International Competition of Music C.I.R.C.E. Salina 2022”, Winner of the Jury Prize and the Audience Award. In January 2022 she won the First Absolute Prize at the ItaloAmericano Music Contest; she wins the Cat. VII Grand Prix at the Glory International Piano Competition Online Edition – New York, with “Excellent”. She won the Gold Prize and the “Fantastic Technique” Special Prize at the London Young Musician 2022. She won the Absolute First Prize cat. D at “Val Tidone Young Talent Competition” in Castel San Giovanni (PC). In 2021 she won the First Absolute Prize ex-aequo at the 1st International Competition “Villa Scacciapensieri” and she won the Absolute First Prize Cat. F at the 17th National Piano Competition “Città di Bucchianico”. In 2019 she was the absolute winner of the Terenzio Prize and the special “Paola Bruni” Prize.
Antonia has performed several concerts as a soloist with the orchestra, including recently the Concerto no. 2 op. 21 by F. Chopin.
Parallel to her piano career, she cultivates humanistic studies: she graduated in Languages and Cultures for International Mediation, discussing a thesis in German Language and Translation “The sound of the wall. The role of music in the two parts of Germany”.
