Andrea Redigonda
Biography

Relation, care, and analysis: these are the three guiding principles of the pianist from Arezzo. Primarily dedicated to Chamber Music, he found his expressive voice after an intense and successful artistic training.

He began studying the piano at a very young age under the guidance of M°Fabiana Barbini and later continued with M°Hector Moreno. Alongside music, he pursued scientific studies, enriching himself with a logical and analytical background that is still fundamental to his interpretive research.

He obtained his First and Second Level Academic Diplomas in Piano with highest honors from the “L. Cherubini” Conservatory in Florence, studying under M°Giampaolo Nuti. He is currently continuing his advanced piano studies at the Accademia di Musica di Pinerolo with Maestros Roberto Plano and Mariangela Vacatello. His solo training has also been shaped by Gloria D’Atri, Jin Ju, Riccardo Risaliti, Andrea Lucchesini, and Pietro De Maria.

He also devotes a great deal of his time to chamber music. Under the guidance of Maestra Daniela De Santis, he earned his Second Level Academic Diploma in Chamber Music with highest honors from the Cherubini Conservatory. From that moment on, he has actively collaborated with numerous chamber ensembles, always seeking a sense of care and relation. He has furthered his skills in a Second Level Master in Chamber Music with Pierpaolo Maurizzi and the Trio di Parma, and his training has been significantly enhanced by cellist Francesco Dillon and others such as Christophe Giovaninetti, Patrick Jüdt, and Jürg Dähler.

Since he was young, he has distinguished himself in both solo and chamber music auditions and competitions, earning recognition in international competitions including Stresa, Luigi Cerritelli, Riviera della Versilia, Francavilla Fontana, and Ascoli Satriano.

His concert activity has led him to perform in important Italian halls such as the Sala Bianca of Palazzo Pitti and in concert seasons like those of Palma d’oro, Camerata Strumentale Città di Prato, A.Gi.Mus Firenze, Giulio Rospigliosi, Fanny Mendelssohn, Note d’Art di Catania, and PianoCity Napoli.

Since 2021, he has combined his concert activity with teaching and outreach—a valuable form of personal growth and research. He also participates in the Italian Society of Music Analysis and Theory.

He is a student of the Fondazione Accademia di Musica.
