Trio Ecate is a young chamber music ensemble founded at the Milan Conservatory, where it is currently completing its artistic training under the guidance of M. Luisa Prayer. Alongside its studies, the ensemble further develops its musical training through masterclasses with Trio Debussy, Patrick Jüdt, and Claus-Christian Schuster. Active on the concert circuit, the Trio has been invited to perform as part of the “Musica d’Estate” festival in Bardonecchia, as well as giving several concerts hosted by the Daniele Maffeis Foundation and performing at charity events, including a recent concert in support of the associations “Portami per mano” and “L’uomo e il Pellicano.” In March 2026, the ensemble received the Special “Avos Project” Prize at the prestigious Rospigliosi Competition in Lamporecchio, followed by the Young Promising Musicians Prize at the Val Tidone International Competition. In September 2026, the Trio was awarded second place in the Conservatory of Milan Prize.
The Trio has been a student of the Fondazione Accademia di Musica since 2026.
