Matteo Borsarelli born on november 27, 2003 in Chieri (To), starts to study piano at 5 years at the school “Intenzione sonora” under the guidance of Maestro Elisabetta Pitotto and in 2017 is admitted to the “G. Verdi” conservatory of music, in the class of Maestro Claudio Voghera. Since 2017 he has attended the campus “Musica d’Estate” in Bardonecchia, organized by the “Accademia di musica di Pinerolo” and he has followed the masterclasses of Maestro Voghera and Maestro Carcano since 2021.
He has successfully achieved both the international certifications ABRSM and the certifications of “Conservatorio di Torino”, moreover, he has achieved the absolute first prize in international competitions such as the “concorso Bach” (Sestri Levante, 2018) and the “concorso Ravel” (Buriasco, 2019) and the first prize in national competions such as the “concorso Città di Piove di Sacco” (may 2021).
He has partecipated in numerous concerts and musical events including: the High Scoreres’ Concert organized by ABRSM (Firenze, 2015); the European Junior Original Concert of Yamaha Music Foundation (Varsavia, 2017); “Concerti d’autunno”, by the association “Ars Antiqua” (Sestri Levante, 2018); “Concerti di primavera”, at the music association Musikes (Torino, 2019);
“mercoledì del Conservatorio” (Torino, 2019); “Concerto premio” organized by the “Circolo Castello di San Giorgio” (La Spezia, dicember 2019); “concerto premio” at the “Villa Tesoriera”
organized by the association of music and artists (Turin, jenuary 2020), “Festival Beethoven” (“Conservatorio di Torino”, october 2020); “IV Festival Pianistico di Primavera” organized by the “Civico Istituto Musicale G.B. Fergusio” (Savigliano, may 2021), “Concerto di Ferragosto, Crocevia di sonorità”, Palazzo Reale (Torino, august 2021); “concerto a Santa Pelagia” (Torino,
may 2022).
He has also supported two concerts thanks to his chamber quartet for the Unione Musicale (Torino, april and july 2022).
