Lawyer of the Milan Bar, after graduating in Law from the State University of Milan, she obtained a Master’s in Finance from Bocconi University and subsequently specialised in intellectual property law, on which she has focused since 2005. She deals with copyright and related activities of commercial and advertising promotion in the fields of music, theatre, photography, television, publishing, new media, Internet and new communication media, with a particular focus on social networks. Her area of expertise extends to contracts relating to trademarks, patents and the protection of software and know-how.
Ms Maggi combines her substantial knowledge in the above-mentioned specialist subjects with extensive trial experience, where she has gained a high level of experience in the fields of commercial, copyright, unfair competition, contractual and real estate law.
