Cecilia Antonazzo, born in Tricase on 22/04/2003, approaches the study of the violin at the age of ten and, once graduated, is admitted to the Conservatory of Music “Nino Rota” of Monopoli.
She studied with the Masters Ilaria Cusano, Cecilia Cartoceti and Gabriele Ceci. She obtained the Bachelor Degree with the highest marks and is currently enrolled in the Master Degree at the same Conservatory. Over the years she had the opportunity to attend important masterclasses held by well-known instrumentalists such as Claude Hauri, Nina Sivachenko, Inor Andriievsky and Boris Garlitsky. From 2022 she began to be part of the Utopia Chamber Ensemble, born in the Chamber Music class of M° Domenico di Leo: with it she participates to the “Rassegna delle eccellenze” of the Conservatory and reaches the final at the Contest of the Prize of the Arts held in Pescara in September 2023. In the same year she participated in a series of concerts of the “International Organ Festival of Santa Maria del Passo” and the “Notti Sacre” held in Mola di Bari, Monopoli and Bari. She was a violin in the production of the Conservatory of Monopoli dedicated to the Requiem of Cherubini with reproductions at the Cathedral of Lecce, in the Church of Santa Teresa in Monopoli and in the Cathedral of Bari (in collaboration with “Notti Sacre”). In 2024 she took part, as concertmaster of a Chamber Orchestra born in the classes of M° Domenico di Leo and M° Leila Shirvani, to a selection of concerts held in the Cloister of the Conservatory Nino Rota and in the Teatro Radar of Monopoli, a few months later, as a soloist to perform the A minor Concerto for two violins by Vivaldi.
She is a student of the Fondazione Accademia di Musica.
