Enrico Lucchetti began playing the violin at the age of six, initially under the guidance of Christian Serazzi and later with Claudio Andriani. In 2025, he obtained the first-level violin diploma with full marks at the Conservatorio A. Vivaldi (Alessandria).
Since 2025, he has been a full member of the OGI (Orchestra Giovanile Italiana), through which he has been able to take training courses at the Accademia di Musica di Fiesole. He also plays the viola in chamber groups, quartet, and orchestra; in 2024, on the occasion of the 9th National ViolaFest, he won the “La grande liuteria di Bolzano” scholarship for having particularly distinguished himself in terms of the quality of the performances entrusted to him.
From a young age, he has participated in the various editions of the “Musica in Villa” performance courses in Turin and Varese, meeting personalities from Italy and abroad, thanks to whom he has mastered ensemble music. He attended, starting very young, several violin and orchestral classes by Roland Baldini (Chamber group member of Wiener Philarmonker).
In recent years, Enrico Lucchetti attended important masterclasses in Italy with prominent musicians such as Fabio Biondi, Bruno Giuranna, Dana Zemtsov, Hartmut Rhode, Roberto Ranfaldi, Ula Uljiona, Danilo Rossi, Stefano Pagliani, Trio di Parma, Cecilia Ziano. He also worked under important conductors as Riccardo Muti, Diego Ceretta, Antonio Pappano, Alexander Lonquich, and many others.
From his early years, he learned about Baroque music, thanks to which he now plays in ensembles in various Italian and European cities; he also began to explore the contemporary repertoire with Marco Fusi.
His experience abroad between 2024 and 2025 was significant, studying violin with Guido de Neve at the Royal Conservatoire in Antwerp. He also took part to an important orchestral masterclass with Gordan Nikolitch as concertmaster of the first violins.
He still collaborates with the Ghent Symphony Orchestra.
He has been a student at the Fondazione Accademia di Musica since 2026.
