Stefano Zeitler was born in 2000 in Verona and began studying piano at the age of 11 under the guidance of Professor Valentina Fornari at the Amadeus Academy in Valeggio sul Mincio. He graduated in October 2022 under the guidance of M. Alberto Nosè at the “F. A. Bonporti” Conservatory in Riva del Garda with 110 cum laude and honorable mention.
He has participated in numerous national and international competitions. In Italy between 2018 and 2024 he was awarded first place at the International Competition “Città di Villafranca”, “Città di Moncalieri”, “Città di Piove di Sacco”, “Giulio Rospigliosi Competition”, “Città di San Donà di Piave”, “Città di Legnago”, “Città di Cassano Magnago”, “Andrea Baldi” Competition, “Harmonika” International Competition, “Campus delle Arti Award” Competition and second prize (with first prize not awarded) at the international competition “Città di Treviso”. Abroad he was the winner of the California International Competition “MAP-IMC” obtaining the “Grand Prix” and distinguished himself at the Geilenkirchen International Piano Competition “Euregio Piano Award” placing second. He has played for concert associations in Italy and abroad in particular: for the Monferrato Classic Festival, for the International Inner Wheel, for “I concerti dell’Amadeus”, for the International Piano Meeting (in Finland), for the Agimus Association, for the Orchestra Roma Tre, for the Benacus Chamber Orchestra, for the “Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli” Festival, for the “Settenovecento” festival, for the “I Concerti del Tempietto” review, for the Mozart Italia Association. He performed with the “Quintetto Scaligero” composed of the first parts of the Arena Foundation interpreting the concerto op. 11 n. 1 by F. Chopin and recently performed at the Weill Hall of Carnegie Hall in New York as the winner of the “Crescendo International Music Competition”.
He has participated in masterclasses with internationally renowned masters: Prof. Popowa-Zydron on the occasion of the “International Katowice Piano Masterclass”, Prof. Dina Yoffe, on the occasion of the “Mozarteum Summer Academy” and with M. Andrey Jasinski He is currently studying with M. Alberto Nosè at the Conservatory of Verona.
