Giulia Aonso
Biography

Giulia Aonso started playing the violin at the age of eleven with Professor Isabella Slamig at ʺScuola media ad indirizzo musicale” in Fossano. Since 2011 she has been studying under the guidance of Professor Valerio Iaccio, tutti player at the National Symphony Orchestra OSN Rai in Turin, Italy.
In 2017 she was admitted in the class of Professor Sergio Lamberto at “Conservatorio G. Verdi di Torino” where she received her Master Degree with full marks in 2022.

She has participated in many masterclasses by renowned musicians and pedagogues such as Alessandro Milani, Klaidi Sahatci, Francesco Manara, Andreas Janke, Ilya Grubert, Christophe Giovaninetti.

Giulia is an eager orchestra player performing regularly with Orchestra Filarmonica di Torino, Orchestra Sinfonica di Sanremo, Camerata Ducale di Vercelli, Orchestra Giovanile Italiana and Orchestra del Conservatorio G. Verdi di Torino.
She was selected as a “Reserve Member” for the 2022 European Union Youth Orchestra.

In 2018, after receiving her high school diploma full marks with honors at Liceo G. Ancina di Fossano, she enrolled in a Bachelor Degree Course in Foreign Languages at Università degli Studi di Torino where she is currently attending the last year.
