Beatrice Mariella Macchia was born in 2002 and began piano studies at the age of 6.
She graduated at the “Tito Schipa” Conservatory in Lecce with full marks, honors and mention at the age of 19 with Maestro Corrado De Bernart. In 2013 she received a scholarship from the President of the “F. Capece” of Maglie for being in the list of the most deserving students among those enrolled in the pre-academic training courses at the decentralized branch of Maglie (“Tito Schipa” Conservatory of Lecce).
She has participated in different international music competitions obtaining recognitions and prizes as a soloist and in duo and chamber trio formation: 1st absolute prize at the “La Vallonea” International Music Competition, 1st absolute prize at the “Arco della Pietà” International Music Competition, 2 ° prize at the “Villa La Meridiana” International Music Competition, 1st absolute prize at the “Trofeo San Lazzaro” International Music Competition.
In the a.y. 2021/2022 she collaborated with the “Tito Schipa” Conservatory as piano accompanist. She attended seminars and masterclasses with Teachers as Bruno Canino, Emanuele Arciuli, Nora Doallo, Vladimir Mlinaric, Egon Mihajlovic, Natalia Trull.
She is currently attending the two-year course in solo piano at the “Tito Schipa” Conservatory with M° Corrado De Bernart and the Advanced Training course in contemporary piano with M° Emanuele Arciuli at the Pinerolo Academy of Music.
