Anamaria Beqaj
Biography

Born in 1999 in Saranda (Albania), Anamaria Beqaj began playing the piano at the age of seven. Her passion for chamber music led her to participate in numerous artistic events and concerts in her hometown.
Upon her arrival in France at the age of 13, Anamaria studied at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional in Lyon before entering, three years later, the Conservatoire National Supérieur Musique et Danse de Lyon, where she obtained the Master’s Degree in 2022.
Anamaria performs regularly on stage, notably in Lyon in such concert halls as the amphitheater of the Opera, Salle Molière, Palais Saint-Jean, Domaine St-Joseph as well as Salle Witkowski. She has also been invited by associations among which PianoThé, Chopin Association (Lyon) and by festivals, Musique dans la rue (Aix-en-Provence).
Anamaria has been awarded the 2 nd prize at the VIPA International Piano Competition in Valencia, Spain (2023) and the 3 rd prize at the International Competition “Kenget e Tokes” in Albania (2017).
She has benefited from the great teaching of Pavel Nersessian, Philippe Giusiano, Boris Slutsky, Akiko Ebi, Dmitri Alexeev and Lilya Zilberstein, among others.
She has also participated in prestigious academies including the Katowice International Piano Masterclasses (Poland), Bacewicz International Summer Academy in Luslawice (Poland) and Valencia International Performance Academy and Festival (Spain).
